Kävin tänään hypistelemässä siemenpusseja taimimyymälässä ja muutama jo tarttuikin matkaani. Ihanaa, saan sormet pian multaan! Viikonlopun aikana pasuunakukka (Brugmansia) sekä sinisarja (Agapanthus) pääsevät sisälle kylmäkellarista. Toivottavasti ovat nukkuneet hyvät talviunet, jotta jaksaisivat kukkia. Jälkimmäinen suureksi ihmeekseni kukkikin viime kesänä upealla valkoisella kukinnolla, mutta pasuuna sen kun kasvoi ja kasvoi, kukkia ei näkynyt. No, komea se oli ilman kukkiakin, en voi moittia. 1 omena
100 g savukinkkua kuutioituna tai juustoa esim. vahvaa cheddaria
1 dl pakastemaissia hieman sulatettuna
1 dl tuoreita sokeriherneen palkoja (tai pakastettuja)
pieni nippu rucolaa
2 rkl pinjansiemeniä
Keitä pasta pakkauksen ohjeen mukaan. Huuhdo kypsä pasta kylmällä vedellä lävikössä.
Paloittele kesäsipulin varret tai purjo. Kuutioi omena.
Paahda pinjansiemenet kuivalla pannulla.
Sekoita kaikki salaattiainekset varovasti keskenään.
Kastike:
1 dl kermaviiliä
1 tl sokeria
1 - 2 tl sitruunamehua
½ tl sinappia
ripaus mustapippuria
ripaus suolaa
2 rkl tuoreita yrttejä hienonnettuna
Sekoita kermaviilin joukkoon muut aineet.
Tarkista maku.
Sekoita kastike salaatin joukkoon tai pane tarjolle erikseen.
